RV Safety Check

AKA the LIFE SAVER

Don't take a chance with your family, make sure your LP and and safety systems are working properly. This exceptionally important but often-overlooked service is a must for all RV owners. We will test the following systems, if equipped:

• Breakaway switch function test
• Propane leak detector function and date code verification
• Smoke detector battery replacement
• Carbon monoxide detector test if equipped
• Propane pressure and leak test
• Fire extinguisher inspection

RV Appliance Service

Because surprises are good, unless they aren't.

There's nothing more frustrating that an RV appliance not working when you need it! We will check and service your A/C, furnace, refrigerator, and water heater.

• Air conditioner filter service
• Air conditioner evaporator and condenser cleaning
• Refrigerator temperature verification and burner cleaning if necessary
• Water heater temperature verification and burner cleaning if necessary

RV Winterization

I think i did it right… Wait, how does this bypass work?

One of the most expensive and most preventable mistakes by RV owners is to not properly winterize their unit. Don't let this costly mistake happen to you! Our RV winterization is performed by certified technicians and includes:

• Kitchen sink
• Lavatory sink(s), toilet(s), and shower(s)/tub(s)
• Exterior shower or water port
• Refrigerators with ice makers, washing machines, and dishwashers are extra.

Dewinterization and Water Flush

It's spring, let's go camping!

We will provide the following services to get your RV ready for spring camping season:

• Flush antifreeze from your water tank and lines
• Place water heater bypass in the normal use position
• Flush all sediment from water heater tank
• Inspect anode if equipped and install plug/anode in water heater

Water System Flush

Is your fresh water not very… fresh? Does your bathroom stink even when the waste tank is empty? This is the service you need!

• Flush sediment and calcium from water heater
• Sanitize fresh water storage tank
• Sanitize fresh water delivery lines
• Replace water filtration cartridge, filter is an additional charge
• Flood test waste tanks, testing for leaks
• Treat tanks with probe cleaner and valve lubricant

Rubber Roof Restore

Hey Honey, didn't the roof used to be white?

Prevent leaks, protects your roof, and makes it look new again!

• Remove all cracked, dried and defective lap sealant
• Chemically prep surfaces for new sealant
• Apply new self-leveling membrane compatible lap sealant
• Chemically clean rubber roof membrane
• Wash membrane surface
• Treat membrane surface with special primer
• Apply roof membrane coating

UV Roof Protection

SPF 10,000?

This basic roof service protects and extends the life of your rubber roof. This service is required for most RV warranties and service contracts.

• Remove all cracked, dried and defective lap sealant
• Chemically prep surfaces for new sealant
• Apply new self-leveling membrane compatible lap sealant
• Chemically clean rubber roof membrane
• Wash membrane surface
• Apply UV shield including rubber flex additive

Trailer Suspension Maintenance

Spring break: good. Springs break: bad. Brakes break: VERY bad.

Let us keep your brakes, axles, suspension and landing gear in tip-top shape so you don't have to worry! This service is required for most RV warranties and service contracts.
