We saw the camper online and started a phone relationship with Jodi & Tina. Both answered all our questions & sent numerous pictures. We live over two hours away so we wanted to be sure before we came down to Tulsa, both ladies were so nice nice & helpful over the phone. When we came to Camperland, Jodi showed us our camper and introduced us to Paulie who was also patient, kind, and extremely helpful. After our walk through, Jodi was nice enough to show us many other campers from used to a new one, just because we were curious even though she knew we were trying the original one we came to see. She was so patient and wonderful to us our entire visit. I can't say enough about how happy we are with Jodi, Camperland as a whole, and our new camper. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

We were treated very well throughout the process and the service department has a good reputation among Open Range owners. Joe did a fabulous job during our walk through. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with in the 5th wheel. Brent was also good to work with on financing- very pleasant and not pushy. It was great. Tina was well prepared, (we had called ahead) and discussed our options before looking-eliminating RV's that didn't fit our vehicle or style. She knows the manufacturers, and their pro's and cons that would apply to us- She was very patient, and convicnced us to try out an electric fireplace- which we didn't think we would want. As it turns out, we loved it! Our tech Paulie, did a terrific walk through. This is a more modern RV for us, and his explanations were clear, answered all of our questions, very knowledgeable, pleasant. We feel we got a great deal on a wonderful RV

I have been to Camperland before and it is a great camper trailer company. This is the second trailer I have bought here and the 1st one I had was 12 years old and in good condition when I sold it and bought this other camper. Tina was very knowledgeable about the camper and its workings.she was very courteous and that is a lot nowadays. She did not try to push the camper off on me like some auto sales person, she let me make up my own mind and I do appreciate her for that. My overall experience with Camperland was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Originally we were looking for a Premier and I looked it up on the computer and found Camerland and my husband called and visited with Derek and made plans to visit Camperland when we were in Tulsa. We brought our relatives with us to help us find a camper as we were unfamiliar with Tulsa. We all agreed that Derek Toninato was the best salesman ever. He was very friendly and answered all questions, etc. for us. I would recommend Camperland because we were able to see what was available and take our time doing it. We were very pleased. We only had one problem when we got home. We had trouble getting the trailor unhitched from our pick-up. We weren''t aware of the safety feature with the ball and worked a long time trying to disconnect the pick-up from the camper. Finally got it done.

They were pretty busy-seemed a little confused and we had to wait a while-but I think they were a little over-whelmed at the time.

Friendly, not a pushy "salesperson type." Seemed very honest. Very helpful in picking out something that suited our needs. Had been there in the past to buy misc. parts. We feel very comfortable buying from Camperland. Glad it's in the Tulsa city limits. Like the more 'down home' feel rather than the big 'super rv store' feeling. Felt like everyone was friendly and honest. They were always concerned about us having someone to help us, did we need a drink, etc. etc.

We are referring our daughter and son-in-law to Phil to look at pop-up campers.

It's reassuring to know that there are companies that still offer great service. This month we purchased a travel trailer there.
