It was great. Tina was well prepared, (we had called ahead) and discussed our options before looking-eliminating RV's that didn't fit our vehicle or style. She knows the manufacturers, and their pro's and cons that would apply to us- She was very patient, and convicnced us to try out an electric fireplace- which we didn't think we would want. As it turns out, we loved it! Our tech Paulie, did a terrific walk through.
