BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND THE FINAL JUDGMENT OF JAYCO, RVTRADER , RV AMERICA INSURANCE AND PASSPORT 66 RV CLUB (‘ROUTE 66 HOLDINGS LLC’) WITH RESPECT THERETO
Official Rules for the WINAWHITEHAWK.COM Sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Sweepstakes offered in and open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii and where prohibited) who are at least 21 years of age as of date their entry is received and will be construed according to U.S. law. Sweepstakes begins January 23, 2012.
HOW TO ENTER: January 23, 2012 until June 15, 2012 you may enter the WINAWHITEHAWK.COM Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) at WWW.WINAWHITEHAWK.COM by completing and submitting an entry form (limit one (1) entry form per eligible person). Incorrect, corrupt and incomplete entries are void. All eligible entries received at WWW.WINAWHITEHAWK.COM will be entered in the Grand Prize and Weekly Prize Drawings. These Official Rules are also available at WWW.WINAWHITEHAWK.COM website or by sending a request to WINAWHITEHAWK.COM Sweepstakes Rules Request, 7600 West 110th Street, Overland Park, KS 66210 with a return stamped and addressed return envelope. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. The Sweepstakes is only open to individual residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii or where prohibited) who are at least 21 years of age as of the date their entry is received. No entries are allowed by any corporation, partnership, group, organization, club or other entity. No shareholder, officer, director or employee of Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC and it affiliates is eligible for the Sweepstakes and this restriction on eligibility shall extend to the spouses and immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of any such persons. No Dealer, Supplier or Vendor of any products to Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC is eligible for the Sweepstakes and this restriction on eligibility shall extend to the spouses and immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of any such persons. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC or their designee, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
PRIVACY: When you enter at the WINAWHITEHAWK.COM website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and information about Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC products, services and upcoming promotions. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event that you do consent to receive emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC, which is available at WWW.WINAWHITEHAWK.COM.
LIMITATION OF LIABLITY: Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings LLC and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotion agencies, all local sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access providers(s) (collectively “Released parties”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participate in this Sweepstakes, inability to access the WINAWHITEHAWK.COM website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printer, typographical, or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, inaccurate, illegible or arrive postage due or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JAYCO, RVTRADER AND ROUTE 66 HOLDINGS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
By entering, all entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, from any and all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. .

WEEKLY PRIZES: 1-Year membership in the Passport 66 RV Club
These prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: Only one (1) entry per entrant is allowed. The submission of multiple or duplicate entries by the same entrant will be automatically deleted and will automatically void all of said entrant’s entries in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant must supply a valid e-mail address and home address zip code and first name and last name.
To enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must, within the Sweepstakes Term, complete the registration form available at WWW.WINAWHITEHAWK.COM. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. A purchase will not increase chance of winning.
SWEEPSTAKES TERM: The Sweepstakes begins at January 16, 2012 and ends June 15, 2012. No Sweepstakes entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Term will be eligible.
DRAWING: The potential Grand Prize and Weekly Prize winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received within the Sweepstakes Term by the Sponsors and will be contacted by email and or telephone. Decisions with respect to winners and all other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. The potential winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of the date of issuance of prize notification. If the Sponsors are unable to contact the potential winners within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, if the potential winners fail to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective winners fail to comply with these Official Rules or any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion, an alternative potential winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use by the Sweepstakes Entries and their designees of their name, photograph, likeness, city and state, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media, now known or hereafter advised, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitations and without additional compensation, notification or permission except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depending upon the number of eligible entries received.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Prizes are awarded to the chosen Prize Winner “AS IS” and without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for a particular purpose, any and all of which express or implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed by Jayco, RVTrader, RV America Insurance or Route 66 Holdings,LLC.
RULES, LAWS AND REGULATIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. All judgments or decisions by the Sponsors with respect to these rules, any interpretation of these rules or any matter relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final. This Sweepstakes is governed by the Sponsors, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the State of Kansas. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and cause of action arising out of or connected within this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before the Johnson County Kansas Circuit or Superior Courts or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kansas having competent jurisdiction which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Kansas without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such disputes, under no punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys fees, other than entrant’s actual of out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
TERMINATION OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without any resulting liability, to terminate, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, at any time, in the event of circumstances beyond their control (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, unauthorized tampering or intervention, fraud or technical failures) which prevent the Sweepstakes from proceeding as planned or which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
