The Coach-Net Difference
Not Just Basic Roadside Assistance
Coach-Net's service culture is based on the need to positively impact the transitory recreational vehicle owner and eliminate the negative efforts of orphan owners. This occurs through the RV lifestyle when owners find themselves hundreds and thousands of miles from their home or servicing dealer, usually during a time when both the manufacturer and dealer's offices are closed. We ARE the service provider!
Many companies have attempted to copy Coach-Net's benefits and services, but most of them only specialize in marketing the services. They in turn outsource any of the calls for emergency roadside assistance to a third party provider who may have very little experience with the complexities of an RV.At Coach-Net we do not outsource the calls from our members for help to another company. We are the Call Center!
Specialized RV Roadside Assistance
In the event an RV owner needs a tow, jump-start, tire change, locksmith, or fuel delivered, Coach-Net is ready 24/7 with a network of over 40,000 roadside assistance providers to render aid. This network is managed and rated to maximize the quality of the service and contains thousands of medium and heavy duty towing providers to cover any size RV throughout the United States and Canada.
Coach-Net's programs are designed to substantially increase customer satisfaction and markedly reduce service dissatisfaction exposure through improved RV service access and communication between RV OEMs, dealers, and the RV owner. To accomplish this, Coach-Net has created membership plans which go far beyond roadside assistance alone.RV Technical Assistance (RV Tech Advantage)
Coach-Net pioneered RV technical assistance to assist RV owners with common issues associated with the RV lifestyle. Coach-Net's RV Technical Team is comprised of many experienced and qualified RV Technicians. Every member of this team has completed an extensive 40-week RVIA technical training program with several classified as Master RV Certified.Coach-Net's RV Technicians are on staff and available to RV owners in order to assist them with basic troubleshooting and product support. These issues might include, but are not limited to, slide room issues, leveling jack concerns, no power to the coach, A/C or heater issues, operating appliances, fresh and wastewater questions, etc. Other companies have tried to copy this service but none of them can match Coach-Net’s experience or access to product knowledge.
